Tasting Notes
The grapes are harvested during the second fortnight of September. After lengthy maceration in contact with the grape skins, the wine is aged for 14 months in new American oak casks with a combination of toastings.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
It is of intense cherry colour. Its bouquet presents an aroma with rich nuances and hints of cocoa, roasted coffee and red fruits. On the palate it is meaty with an excellent blend of sweet tannins from the fruit and dry tannins from the wood.
